Where players complain
- Contact the Operator Directly. Players must first attempt to resolve any disputes regarding payouts, game outcomes, or account issues directly with the licensed Icelandic operator (e.g., Íslensk Getspá, HHÍ).
- Escalate to the Ministry of Justice. If the dispute cannot be resolved with the operator, the player can file a formal complaint with the Ministry of Justice (Dómsmálaráðuneyti), which holds ultimate supervisory authority over all legal gambling activities.
Enforcement
Iceland's enforcement against unlicensed offshore operators is effectively non-existent.
Licence types
A company holding two types appears in both cards: it holds two licences, not one counted twice.
