“Spelinspektionens remissvar på Finansdepartementets promemoria med lagförslag för att anpassa svensk rätt till EU:s penningtvättspaket. Spelinspektionen delar i stort promemorians förslag. Spelinspektionen motsätter sig dock förslaget att myndigheten ska lämplighetspröva och utöva tillsyn över registreringslotterier. Spelinspektionen delar inte heller promemorians bedömning att tillsynsmyndigheterna inte ska ha möjlighet att förena ett föreläggande att lämna de upplysningar och handlingar som behövs för tillsynen med vite. Därutöver anser Spelinspektionen att vissa bestämmelser är otydliga.”
