    From 30 October 2026, casino permit holders must pay a quarterly fee of GEL 4,000–14,000 per club table, except where the table is used only for a qualifying gambling tournament, including an international tournament with a prize fund above GEL 3 million. The law took effect upon publication.

    “მუხლი 1. „სათამაშო ბიზნესის მოსაკრებლის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის (საქართველოს საკანონმდებლო მაცნე, №50, 30.12.2006, მუხ. 401) მე-5 მუხლის „თ“ ქვეპუნქტი ჩამოყალიბდეს შემდეგი რედაქციით: „თ) თითოეულ კლუბის მაგიდაზე − კვარტალში 4 000 ლარიდან 14 000 ლარის ჩათვლით. შენიშვნა: თუ სამორინის მოწყობის ნებართვის მფლობელი კლუბის მაგიდას მხოლოდ აზარტული ტურნირის ჩატარებისთვის იყენებს, იგი უფლებამოსილია არ გადაიხადოს ამ ქვეპუნქტით გათვალისწინებული სათამაშო ბიზნესის მოსაკრებელი. თუკი სამორინის მოწყობის ნებართვის მფლობელი კლუბის მაგიდას იყენებს მხოლოდ იმ საერთაშორისო აზარტული ტურნირის ჩატარებისთვის, რომლის”
